We do not believe that it is government's business either to run transport operations or to waste energy on the regulation of endless bureaucratic detail. We believe that our proper role lies in policy development, strategic planning and the regulation of substance.

INTERSITE Property Management Services (Pty) Ltd (INTERSITE) was formed in 1992, to manage and develop the property portfolio of the S A Rail Commuter Corporation Limited (SARCC) which comprises of some 374 rail commuter stations and some 4200 hectares of land in the major metropolitan areas of Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban and Cape Town.
