Audit Opinion
The accounts of the South African Rail Commuter Corporation
Limited have been audited in terms of section 5 of the Auditor-General
Act, No. 52 of 1989, read with section 28(3) of the Legal Succession
to the South African Transport Services Act, No. 9 of 1989, and
in my opinion and subject to the remarks contained in paragraphs
2 and 4 of my Report, the annual financial statements are a fair
representation of the financial position of the Corporation as at
31 March 1991 and the results of its operations for the year then
ended.
