    • To decrease the incidence of rail-related injuries and fatalities
    • To minimise vandalism (including graffiti) and trespassing on rail premises
    • To instil the culture of ownership
    • To serve as an educational campaign
    • To enhance the safety of commuters
    • To show the economic impact of vandalism on the macro and micro economy.

    • Youths
    • Employees of all the operators
    • Motorists (rail crossings on public roads, rail bridges)
