Long distance bus terminus

A long distance bus terminus, with facilities for informal traders and long distance bus travellers, has been built. This provides a much-needed comfortable waiting area for passengers, with benches, water fountains and tables and chairs.

It has also seen the provision of individually - designated, lockable trading spaces for the previously informal traders operating there, with gas cookers, storage space and washing up areas.

Showers and changing cubicles are available to long distance bus passengers, many of whom spend hours waiting for transport. For a nominal charge, travellers are able to freshen up before the next leg of their journey.
