Retail malls

Retail malls in the place of the old first and third class concourses provide additional goods and services to commuters who use the station daily, it is also used by thousands of people making use of long distance trains and buses. Furthermore, there are many residents and office workers in the immediate area and the retail facilities are accommodating some of their convenience shopping needs.

The informal traders have also been accommodated into formal retail space adjacent to the Metro concourse.
