AUDIT OPINION
The accounts of the South African Commuter Corporation Limited
have been audited in terms of section 5 of the Auditor-General Act,
No. 52 of 1989, read with section 28 (3) of the Legal Succession
to the South African Transport Services Act, No. 9 of 1989, and
in my opinion the annual financial statements are, subject to the
remarks contained in paragraphs 2, 4, 5, and 6 of my Report, a fair
representation of the financial position of the Corporation as at
31 March 1992 and the results of its operations for the year then
ended.
