SARCC's Preferential Points System:
NB:
Failure on the part of a tenderer to fill in and / or to sign
the Qualification for Preference Points Questionnaire will result
in no award of Preference Points.
SARCC reserves the right to require of a tenderer, either before
a tender is adjudicated or at any time subsequently, that the
tenderer should substantiate any claim with regard to preference,
in any manner required by the SARCC.
In the event of equal points scores, the tender will be awarded
to the tenderer scoring the highest number of preference points.
Please note:
- A maximum of 80 (or 85) potential points will be awarded in
respect of price and other evaluation criteria.
- A maximum of 10 (or 8) potential points will be awarded in
respect of the HDI status of the enterprise
- A maximum of 10 (or 7) potential points will be awarded in
respect of demographics
- The successful tenderer will be the one who receives the highest
total points awarded (TPA) in the adjudication.
